Belle de Boskoop

DESCRIPTION

The Belle de Boskoop is an apple with an orange-red hue and slight russeting. Its very sweet flesh remains firm with cooking and it keeps very well in storage. Look for these in early October through December.

HISTORY

The first Belle de Boskoop was found in 1856 in the Netherlands.
