Fresh Apple-Orange Compote with Granola

  • 2 navel oranges, separated into segments, halved
  • 1 New England apple, diced
  • ½ c seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 2 t orange juice
  • ½ c granola
  • ½ c low-fat yogurt
  1. In a medium bowl toss fruit together with the orange juice.
  2. Sprinkle granola in and toss lightly.
  3. Top with yogurt. Serve immediately for breakfast, lunch, or dinner dessert.
