DESCRIPTION

Creston is a large, late-season, conical apple resembling Jonagold in shape, color, and flavor. Yellow with a red blush or stripes, its yellow flesh is crisp, juicy, and sweet. There are mixed reviews on its storage ability; some say it stores better than Jonagold, while others claim it can become greasy or soft in storage.

HISTORY
