White Pippin’s origin is unknown, but it dates to the early 1800s and was once widely grown in parts of the Midwest. A round, medium to large, yellow-green apple with a pink blush, it has crisp white flesh, is juicy, and has nicely balanced flavor, with hints of citrus and vanilla.
