- 6 oz fresh or frozen cranberries (1/2 pkg)
- 4 large New England apples, cored, peeled, and diced
- ½ c water
- ¾ c sugar
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until apples are just tender.
Sauce will thicken and color will blend as it cools.
