Orange-Yogurt Dip for Fresh Fruit
- 1 carton (8 oz) low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 T honey
- orange zest
- 1 New England apple, unpeeled, sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled, in segments
- 1 medium banana, peeled, cut into chunks
- In small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, and orange zest. Serve as a dip with apple, oranges, and banana.
Sprinkle cut apple and banana with a small amount of orange or lemon juice to prevent fruit from browning.
