Apple Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 New England apples
  • 3 c fresh raw broccoli, cut up
  • ¼ c chopped walnuts
  • 1 T chopped red onion
  • ⅓ c raisins
  • ½ c vanilla low-fat yogurt
Instructions
  1. Core and chop apples
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
